Hi everyone!
I have a laptop running Windows 10, and after a recent update several programs stopped working. Is there a way to roll back or uninstall the last update so I can see if it’s the cause? I’d really appreciate step-by-step instructions.

If you have system restore turned on then you can just use that to go back to a day before the update was installed or you can uninstall the update manually.

Method 2: Uninstall a Specific Windows Update
Use this method to remove a single update that is causing problems.

  1. Open Settings (Windows Key + I).
  2. Go to Update & Security > Windows Update.
  3. Select View update history.
  4. Click Uninstall updates at the top of the window.
  5. In the Control Panel window that opens, find the problematic update, right-click it, and select Uninstall.
  6. Follow the instructions to finish the uninstallation and restart your PC.
