How To Set An Active Desktop?

I need help. I found this site that has a picture of the sun that is updated serveral times a day. - http://www.shoutwire.com/viewstory/33357/Updated_Picture_of_Sun

I want to set this as my background that updates the picture every day, but I don't know how.

When I right click "save as" it saves as a .gif file and it lets me set it as the background, but it doesn't update. I HAVE gone to the "customize desktop" tab and entered the web site, but since the picture isn't the ONLY thing on the site (there's text and icons) it just gives me an error saying "The Active Desktop item was not created."

Any ideas?

right click > properties> desktop > customize desktop> web tab
you can enter the site there

There must be another way because I tried that before and it just gives me a message saying "The Active Desktop item was not created."

Idk what to do. There is other stuff on the page, not just the picture. Maybe if I can somehow get the picture on a site without anything else on it, AND still have it update it might work, but I don't know how to do that.

Ok well I figured it out. If you are looking to solve this problem too, here it is.
I was using Firefox. If I go to that site in IE and tell it to set it as my background, it recognizes that I might want it to be an active desktop and it asks me if I want it to be!
