How to set the chrome homepage to www.google.com

I did : --> settings --> show home button-->www.google.com (on)

when I start the chrome, I still need the click the "chrome" icon.


I also set the firefox homepage to www.google.com,
when I start firefox, it just shows the google home page.

Use the on startup section of the settings and enter www.google.com as your homepage. Choose open a specific page or pages.
