how to set up a SMTP server on my computer !!

hi ,

i want help in how to setup a SMTP server on my computer .. i have a DSL ( and the ISP enabled the SMTP port )

i want to know which programe i should use .. and whats setting i should configure ..

i want to Use it to send mails and recieving them .. on my computer with another program which could send HTML format mails ..

its ( 1st mail sender ) ..

i want to make my computer a full function SMTP server .. so i could use it to send mails from my own server .. and not hotmail or yahoo or other mail boxes ...

i need the ability of creating mail account on my own server .. can i do it

Im not quite sure what you are looking for as i am not very knowledgeable on this subject, but i use winscp to transfer files to and from my school server to a computer. I can upload files and i that is how i maintain my school webspace. (We get 40 mb for whatever, so im using it to learn html and web maintenance)
