How to set up motherboard

I have redone my computer.It has a asus m2n68 motherboard,ide hard drive,sata dvd burner.I have windows xp disc.All new.Can't get dvd drive to load windows.Is there anyone or a web site to help me to get system going?Thanks

At bootup hold the del key to bring up setup (if it isn't del it will say somewhere at the POST screen what button it is). Go across to boot options and boot device priority and put CD at the top of the list.

It may not be those exact names, but use your head, it is self explanitory how to get there once you are in the BIOS

Normally there is a key (f11 or f12 or similar) that you can press for the boot menu and then select boot from hdd/dvd/usb/other
