How to switch off internet during certain hours?

LOL, I want to turn off internet access and wifi and limit times that they can be accessed. Right now I have access 24-7. Is there a way to turn off access to certain devices at certain times? I dont want to turn off service or just unplug router because then I wouldn't have internet myself

If all devices are computers and depending on OS used you can use parental controls to disable usage for whatever times you want. Windows 7 has parental controls built in.
