How to tell if my motherobard is fried?

i have a spare Motherboard its not working i got new ram coz maybe its that but how would i tell it its fried ??? thank yous
 
the only way to properly diagnose a bad motherboard is to make sure that all the other components are working.
 
well i have set every thing up but i could only use crapyy ddr2 ram but i dont think my motherboard supports crappy ram so i got some very good ram the supports 100% i kno and if this doesnt work then i do not kno i ram sohuld be here soon got off ebay:)
