how to Upgrade bios

How to upgrade bios? i searchesd for it but any clear answer. my pc doesnt have a floopy drive. im having a problem with graphics so maybe this will help.
Hp pavilion elite m9058 amd athlon64 x2
asus m2n68-la
phoenix-award
win vista 64bit
 
I get black screen always after graphics driver update. i tried to install win 7, but i cant because i get black screen because of something what doesnt let even update.... so i thought maybe the bios will help
