how to use riva tuner

i have riva tuner but i dont see no settings on changing memory and core clock speeds, i only see registry stuff you can edit
 
ive selected overclock current device, then double clicked on memoryclhrz or w.e then enter 100 to bring it up 100mhrz nothing happend on the ahrdware monitor it provides
 
ok i figure it out, is 100mhrz + core clcok speed ok? and how much should i raise the memory clock... note this isnt my pc im on my cousins pc and he is trying to overclock his card, its a geforce fx 5500 256mb
