Doubt it then. That mbo only came with IBM machines it looks like after a quick Google search. It's probably got a special IBM BIOS and settings/locks.
The CPU and other hardware might be possible to overclock though. Just most manufactured motherboard have funky BIOS and locked settings that prevent tinkering around. Kinda sucks :-/
Unless IBM makes an overclocking friendly BIOS (which i doubt 100% lol), then nothing. What is locked, is locked.
Manufactured computers are not overclocking friendly most of the time unless the brand advertises overclockign capabilities (and even then it's usually very minimal.) IBM definetly is NOT into overclocking.
