Hello

Basically just wondering how up to date my PC is, purchased is around 4 years ago, bought Call of Duty:Black Ops, and is unable to run smoothly because i dont have a good enough processor. I would like to know if i should upgrade my PC or just buy a new one.

Info taken from Belarc Advisor, not sure how much of it is actually useful.

If it would be better to just purchase a new PC, i was looking at the Alienware Area 51 ALX - there are good and bad reviews, does anyone have any info on this system?

Thanks in advance

id suggest if your interested in something like alienware to take a look at building your own, if your savy enough. it would save you alot of money and would be custom to your likings. theres plenty of guides out there for building a computer from scratch up. if you want to stay current with gaming and what not, its the way to go. good luck mate!

you would indeed need a complete new system.

i5/i7 - 4gig ddr3 - gtx460 1gb would see you getting 100fps in call of duty black ops running high settings.

alienware is overpriced big time, choose your own parts and build your own using the help from the 101 threads in here and peoples advise.
