How would you get replacement CD's for a new device from Dell?

My friend just gave me a Dell 962 All-in-One-Printer that he doesn't use anymore. The problem is that he only has the first CD installation for this and he said that there's 2 that came with it. Is there a site that sells disks like this? It's not that old and I tried looking on Dell but I couldn't find anything. Maybe they have another site that I just don't know about. Does anyone else know where I could get this CD or is there a website that I could just download it from?

I have the same printer and the second cd is important it has the software for the printer center amount other thinks, the easiest thing to do is ring dell customer support(a.k.a hell) and they should have it on the records that you bought one so they should'nt hesitate to send you out a new copy!

If I may make a humble, although unrequested suggestion... Get rid of that printer, or just use the cartridges that are in it. If you don't know, Dell printers are really Lexmark printers and the ink in them, well, just plain sucks. You'd be much better off with an Epson (<- especially) or HP than the one that you have now...
