Hows it shape up?

hey all, i was just wondering how AMD's Athlon Fx-51 cpu hold up these days? i have the opportunity to buy one and am not sure if its really worth it. So how does she hold up against other processors these days? If could give me a current AMD equivilant that would be good...eg: is it better than a 3500+?

the FX51 was beeing compared with the Pentium P4EE 3,2 GHz. and they turned out to be about equal. so its pretty outdated to call it a upgrade
