i couldn't view the links for the ram case or cooler, but what are you usind this build for as the benefits of the 2600k aren't worth the price, it's a minimal increase for 100 bucks and the only things that take advantage of it are encoding and decoding, and a few programs generally for video creation/editing, otherwise is a waste and the reason why is it acts like 8 cores by each cpu taking in the info for 2, but few things can use more than 2 cores, and next to nothing uses more.

and btw that psu is out of stock and i can't see the price but here's some choiceso i'd look at the combos for whatever cpu you get, you can get a similar motherboard that'll be just as good for the some price, then a 20 to 40 buck discount like the one bellow the new psus

and there are plenty of other good deals, combos are a good thing to look at thow.

Since you have selected a GTX 570 I am guessing the Computer will be used for gaming.

You can save some money by getting the Core i5 2500k.
The Core i7 2600k is an absolute overkill for gaming.
And rest was covered by StrangleHold.
