You might be able to get that one cheaper at NEwegg but other than that those EVGA boards are all right. Not a bad choice.

actually the diffrence in price is about 1.00 givin to buy.com after rebate.

That ds3 is better than the s3 i mentioned (kinda, hardier resistors) and it's not much more $$. Either are good Mobos though, I would personally go with the dS3 though.
