Basically, i have no clue when it comes to Motherboards (Yet).

Ordered a new System yesterday and didn't really check out the motherboards properly, so i just want to know is this Motherboard any good.

It's a ASUS SKT-775 P5VD2-VM S/V/L M-ATX 1066FSB

I will be using my new system to run Counter-Strike: Source mostly, so will it cope well? Btw, Proc. is a core 2 duo E4400 with 2mb cache and memory is 2GB DDR2 ram.

It should run that system fine. It's a budget mobo, but it will be good enough for you, as long as you're not going to overclock anything.
It's a good board for the money paid, you should be happy with it.
