I've gone through the troubleshooting steps in the software, and I've gone on HPs website and used their virtual troubleshooter. Both lead me to a dead end. The unit is past the warranty period, so HP won't provide live tech support without paying for it. Is there anything else I can do to try to fix it? It was working fine, but it isn't used much, and I have no idea why it quit working. The ink carts are new, and all obvious things, like printer settings, etc. have been checked. I don't know what else to do with it. Thanks.
