(HP) Hotplug drives

Whats so good about hot plug drives ..

what does this mean .. i'm not 100% sure (i think i means u can take em out while comptuers on right? (correct me if i'm wrong plz cause still learning)

I'm not a big HP fan .. but i'm building a server ..

and i'm just compareing hp's 15k drive to seageates one

which ones better?

does seagate make hotplugs drives ..

Seagate should make hotswappable drives as well. The advantage is you can replace failed ones without needing to shutdown your server and thus avoiding unnecessary downtime.
