HP Laptop HardDrive Caddy Kit

Does anyone know where to get a Hard Drive caddy for an HP laptop?

All I really need is this stupid adapter cable which is 20-pin on one end and sata on the other!

The laptop needs this cable, and I don't need the caddy but it does have 4 rubber feet that kills noises and vibration--however I can easily live without it, I definately need this cable!

Anyone know where to acquire the cable or the whole kit?

HP, the logical choice, seem to not have this kit available and they do not sell the individual pieces that make up the kit,.

Kit is: caddy with rubber feet, cable, and screws!

All I can suggest is look around on Ebay. I purchased a replacement drive for someone which was pulled from a laptop and it still had that little converter. I still have the spare, but this particular one was for an IDE drive Maybe you can find a cheap SATA drive and make a little enclosure as well as get the converter?

I'm just more annoyed that they even use this adapter..

then they hammered you into buying a kit--but dont actuall sell it! HP support sent me to this 3rd party site that doesnt even sell HP parts!!
