I have a newer (1 year) old HP laptop (Vista) and the volume never gets loud enough. I have the main (speaker icon) volume set to 100% and also set the volume as high as it will go in whatever program I may be using (if applicable), all with unsatifactory results. Is this a known problem or is there another location to adjust volume I'm missing?
