Can't make it work. Heeeeeelp :-)
It's connected,but doesn't work. I was trying to download PLC6 program from hp site,but probably didn't install it.
I understand about computers very little :-)
 
If the printer doesn't work, consult HP. But before you do that, be sure that you've installed the drivers for the printer. The drivers are usually on the CD that came with the printer, but if you don't have the CD anymore, just go onto www.hp.com and look for it there. Search for the model and download/install the driver.

If that doesn't work, call hp customer service.

If you installed the drivers and maybe had another printer before, Go to control panel, printers then make sure it is set as the default printer.
 
Vista driver for HP laserjet 1300???

I was given a HP LJ 1300 that isn't feeding paper right. If I can fix it, I can have it. However, I can't find a driver that I can get to load. I noticed that they don't specify a driver for Vista, but I was wondering if anybody knows if an XP driver is supposed to work. So far I can't make it load. It rolls back everytime I try to install it.

Thanks for any info you can provide.
