HP Media Center Power Supply

I have an HP Media Center PC m1070n with no power. The green light on the back of the power supply is flashing. I'm guessing my power supply is toast. Is that what the flashing green light is confirming?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if the green light on the back of the PUS is solid then theres power going to the PSU. you need to chekc all wires mainly the 25 pin ATX cord to MB. if all else fails PSU are cheap now a days you can replace it for less than $50.


you can try to make sure everything is off and take the plug out of the pus on the back and then plug in it. if it dont turn on you may have a short somewhere.
 
Thanks for the info. I've checked all the wires to make sure they are tight. I've even unplugged wires to make sure something else hasn't burned out and is now causing the short. I going to pick up a new power supply and drop it in. I'm guessing that will get me up and running.
