HP mini any good?

Im looking for a laptop and i am liking the HP mini. I had it for a couple months before but took it back because i needed the money. I was jw if it would photoshop and video editing programs good? I know you can upgrade ram easily which i will probably do.
Thoughts?
 
It should be able to run photoshop okay, but the video editing I don't know about that. I know adobe video editing software (some of the best) requires a higher end cpu. Maybe some of the lower end editing software maybe.
 
Mini as in one of the Atom based ones (not sure if they have some of the other ULV processors in them) For basic photoshoping, they 're OK. They'd probably suffice for SD editing (well, something like DV). Just don't expect much out of these processors. They are extremely underpowered...
 
Well 4 out 5 isn't bad. Dude what are you expecting it is a laptop under 400$. plus it's the same one your looking at on craiglist as far as the same model. For a 400$ budget you cannot be picky. That will do what you need to, better than a netbook.
