HP Mini100e windows password

hi,

I buy new HP mini 100e for my son, he placed the password on windows and forget. I tried to using password recovery bundle and create the USB for boot but prob in this laptop i cant boot from USB flash. Note that no cd/dvd drive in laptop. i would appreciate if some one advice.
 
no option from setup to change the boot from flash drive, only option cd driver, network adopter and floppy drive. strange
 
There's got to be an option for USB Flash or some other similar option.
