I've read all there is to read about scanning problems on hp.com/support and reinstalled it at least 5 times, restarting/shutting down in between each step of the installation and the same problem remains. Whenever I click Scan Document/Scan photo, nothing happens. It would have the hourglass on the cursor for about half a second then it would disappear as if nothing happened. I have downloaded the latest drivers. HP refuses to give support for this product, expecting me to pay 30 dollars, I might as well buy another scanner.
