HP pavilion gaming 15 doesnt turn on

So basically my laptop Shows lights for 1-2 seconds after turning it up, without making any sound, and then it turns off. I have to wait for couple of seconds before i can try again Just to get the same problem again and again and again

Is the light blinking? Usually that's a code that you have to look up and it will tell you what's wrong.

If you are not getting any beeps, this implies that the motherboard is at fault.

In the workshop we would strip back the device to bare components, often substituting for known-working parts to test.

This might simply be a power supply issue. Trying an alternate charger or having the existing one tested with a multi-meter might shine some light on this.
