HP Pavilion m9040 - Upgrades?

I have a stock "right off the shelf's of Best buy" had no clue what I was buying three year old HP Pavilion m9040.
I have not done much to the computer. The stock graphics card lasted until last weekend. I have been using my buddy's ever since. He is looking to take it back and I am happy to give it back because it runs so hot that I have to put a fan on it....... Probably because my power supplies is garbage.

My question is without rebuilding/moving much around, I am looking for a replacement graphics card that will be able to play games at the higher settings. My budget is around 200$

I will be replacing the 300 watt power supplies with the following:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152036&Tpk=n82E16817152036

so this shouldn't be an issue to run the better cards.

I just need one that will fit without me tearing the whole computer apart.

Thanks for you help!

I would not get that PSU. For $60 you can get something decent with the same wattage. Raidmax is not a name associated with quality power supplies.
