HP Pavilion TX2110

Okay... I have to admit that I have very little knowledge on computers. So, I am looking for a laptop (tablet PC) that I can use 50% for university work and 50% for entertainment (watching videos online, surfing internet, playing games). Then I found out about HP Pavilion TX2110, it looks so cool and I like it. My questions are:
1. Can this notebook allow me to play some games (e.g. Counter-Strike Source)?
2. Is this a good notebook to do university's homework/projects?

Thanks
