HP Pavillion Wireless adaptor

Hi I have an HP Pavillion Dv5 laptop and the wireless adaptor on the display is blue ( indicating its on ) but it wont connect to the network.
It seems to be a problem with the actual adapter itself. There is nothing wrong with the network or the ip adresses etc.
Iv loaded in the latest drivers and updates but still no luck.

Any help please ???

Your wireless card just may need to be replaced. I think your laptop may have been included in the bunch they woudl warrantee replacing the adapter because it would stop working. That warrantee is no longer valid.
