HP Photosmart Premium Fax e-All-in-One Printer - C410a Drivers Installation Problem

Hello, forums. (I accidentally posted a similar post in the wrong section - Digital Imaging - so if it could be deleted that would be good) I'm having problems with installing the "HP Photosmart Premium Fax e-All-in-One Printer - C410a Drivers". While installing it will stop all of a sudden and come up with this message: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." It happens when I use the CD and when I try and install it online. Any help is appreciated.

What operating system are you trying to install this on?

Windows 7 Ultimate, on a 64-bit operating system

Do all other programs install correctly? You may have an issue with windows installer itself.
