Hello,
I recently bought this in hopes of upgrading it in the future. I purchased a AMD Phenom X4 as the link says it should work. I installed it and got the error message "Unsupported CPU installed" I email HP and they said it should work, and then I was suppose to call them, but live got hectic and never got around to it. But I believe I had found the root of the problem. The power supply. Any time I punch the specs into a Power Supply calculator it comes up 250watts+. The specs I link say it has a 220 watt. So with that in mind, I need a new powersupply. But with it being a smaller case, I do not know what size one I should get. I would also like to put a cheap graphics card into it( So if you want to link a good, inexpensive compatible one, go ahead
) so please keep that in mind when linking one. I do live in canada, so Newegg.ca would me nice.
Thanks! Bob
