For what product?
It has a built in driver for windows 7 if thats the operating system you are running. There is no driver to download from HP website. It's an older model printer so you won't get the full features out of it. You may want to think about upgrading your printer if using windows 7.
I am using windows 7. We had a house fire a year ago and now we are trying to piece together what we have and we have 3 or 4 printers and this one is the one we have that still works good. We have it working but we have to have a program that works the printer. We were using the Photosmart 6300 but it is giving us problems so I just switched to the older officejet. We lost a bunch of disks in the move out and back in.
Try the Vista software and see if it will install.
