HP8570P lan/wlan switching issues

Hello, I have an HP8570P that I ordered from HP with Win7Pro. I had the BIOS option for lan/wlan switching enabled and everything seemed to work great. I could switch from wired to wireless without issue.

I have since changed the boot options from "legacy BIOS" to "UEFI" boot, and installed Windows 10 Pro build 10586.

Now my problem is that whenever I reboot my laptop, whichever connection that is not used seems to be disabled at the hardware level. For example, if I boot the laptop with the ethernet plugged in, and I am using the laptop and I want to move, I unplug the ethernet cable and I am unable to connect to wireless. The WiFi button is greyed out in the system settings and the wifi button on the keyboard is orange (wifi off). In the network connections the wifi device (intel centrino ultimate-n) is enabled but just says not connected.

But if I reboot the laptop, it connects to WiFi automatically, the keyboard button is white (wifi on), and works great. But then if I plug in the ethernet, it never connects, and the wifi stays connected.

Is this an issue with the changes I made in the UEFI boot options or maybe something in windows 10? I have updated all drivers the best I could, the HP website does not have Win10 drivers for my wireless.

Thanks for the help everyone!
