What task manager are you guys using? I used the task manager that came with the Fascinate. But for some reason I can't seem to find the task manager on this phone. Does it not come with one? And if you google it, all it talks about is the stupid Advanced Task Killer.
 
There's nothing wrong with Advanced Task Killer. It works much better than anything else IMO.

I answered BOTH of those questions with my post.

The standard settings > app > manage > kill app (built into EVERY android phone) is an acceptable way of killing apps.

You don't use app killers because READ THE LINKS YOU N00b.

There's nothing wrong with task killers (or task managers I prefer). Sometimes it's nice to see what apps are running and the resources they are using, has helped me identify problems with certain roms a couple times (in a buggy rom certain processes can peg the cpu at 100%). Or there are times when I want to completely reboot a single app. In cases such as these I find systempanel lite to be superb.

On the other hand, it's not good to use automatic task killers, or to just be entirely anal about your tasks and killing all them all the time yourself.
