I want to find out the color code for a certain color, its in a image, is there A way i can do this? thanks.

I think you'll find this web page with all the colour (colors) you could possibly want/ need...with the hexadecimal codes.
Sorry I didn't really read all of your post...Just Copy and Paste it into Microsoft Paint and user the "Pick Color" (Colour Picker) and then go to "Edit Color" Dialogue Box by
clicking on Colors (menu bar) > Edit Colors... and then click on Define Custome Color >

It should show you all the different components of that color i.e. the Hue, the Sat, the Lum aswell as the amount of Red - Green and Blue that make up the hexadecimal code when put together.

hehe.

well, do you have an image editing program like adobe? corel? paintshop?
if you do, select the color picker tool and click on the desired color you want to know of. it'll come in a #XXXXXX form color code

im familiar with adobe, so if you have adobe, post back.

or you can get a program called ColorCop, you move the little dropper anywhere on the screen and it tells u the RGB, Hex, and some other formats.

Yeah, but it can also be done in Microsoft Paint. And the user wouldn't have to Buy/ get a program and install it just to do something that only take 20 secs to do in Paint.
