html issues on a local computer

I am having a problem with HTML on specific users on a network of computers... The issue is isolated to the user on one computer only so far...
Said user can not see images on user network user account but you can view images in administrator account on local machine. Now said user can view images on other computers... The images i am referring too are in an email blast HTML which are located on local server.. The file opens fine but cannot see images... Pleas help i am frustrated....:mad:

P.S.
Machines in question is running windows 7 and don't tell me that that is the problem because other users can view the images also network users...

The problem isnt the email client it's anywere on the computer the user can not veiw the pictures... And the user is trying to copie and paste the html into an email... Which can be done from anyones acount except the said account... Also said user can copie and paste on anyother computer with said user login....
