HTML question!

Basically on my homepage (built with a template so page layout and links remain the same regardless of the page) half way down there is about 6 links, when a user clicks on one of the links I want them to arrive on the selected page automatically scrolled to where the content is, how do I apply this to every page using dreamweaver? Cheers for any help guys

I don't use dreamweaver, but I use php to reuse the same code on everypage using include.

Boilerplate + notepad++ for simple presentation sites, Codeigniter + notepad++ for complex back-ended websites. Works like a charm.

Don't use dreamweaver unless you hadn't made more than 2 webpages in your whole life.
