HTPC - 6450 or GT610

Hi, I considering turn some my spare parts to HTPC.

I need a cheap low-profile GPU with HDMI.
I am thinking of grabbing a second handed 6450 or GT610 from ebay.

Which would you think would be a better card for HTPC?

I need sound out from HDMI to TV and use as less power as possible.

Edit:I have blu ray drive and 42" 3D TV

I would go for the 6450 just because it's faster than the 610.

As long as your CPU is beefy enough to play 1080p, any one will do. But as SpringWater said. go for the 6450, it is slightly faster.
