There is this system

Gigabyte GAMA 970T UD3
Sempron x2 190 2.5GB
Shapphire 6450 2GB
Corsair 2x2GB DDR3 1333MHz
Intel X-25M ssd sata2
WD green sata2(usb external)

Is it able to run ANY movie without problems?

I'm 99.9% sure it will play any DVD or Bluray. It might struggle with 4K (not sure, haven't been able to play with 4K yet) or some high-end video used for editing and such.
But if you watch a movie either from download, stream or DVD/BD you will be fine.

My HTPC is kinda similar:
Gigabyte H61N-USB3
Intel Celeron G540 2.5GHz
AMD HD 6570 1GB
Kingston HyperX 1600MHz 2x2GB (runs at 1333MHz)
WD Green 2TB
Plextor BD drive
Silverstone something-or-other-ITX-case-with-600W-PSU

So boys, u think that I should get a better cpu? I got Sempron 190 because has TDP only 45W, while Athlon's is at 65W.
45W means that u can use a fanless (mega)heatsink.
Athlon 2 is an old cpu and his advantage is that has double I2 cache(2MB). Is this important for HD movies?

Forgot to say that I use a fanless PSU at 450W, I guess its more than enough.

If the heatsink is big enough, a 65W CPU should be fine, unless the max TDP of the HSF is only 45W, in that case you can probably get away with a Sempron with 1080P.
