Huawei or LG?

Hello, i've been thinking about getting a new phone, i've lookd at some and i've come up to choose of 2, but i don't know which on to get.. both costs 199€ in the same place, and i'm pretty sure i'll get either one from there (or if you guys then don't have anything better for under 200e)... so i found:
-Huawei Ascend G300
-LG Optimus L5

both have 4" display, 5MPx camera, both have Android 4.0 (ICS i think).. the Huawei has a 1GHz processor while LG only has 800MHz, and the Huawei has a better screen resolution (480x800 vs 320x480), but the LG seems to have a much more better battery.. mostly im using phone for messaging, calls, apps, internet.
you have any personal experiences about these phones, which one to get? all comments are welcome!

and if you wonder im atm. using a Nokia 9300i Communicator.. old but works (somehow)...

I will suggest the Huawei for the resolution, it has lot to offer. It is a nice up coming brand.
 
yes, i'll go for it since i just saw that the price has changed to 159e (and the lg is still 199e)
 
I had a Huawei phone and it was a truly horrible experience, two of my big problems that you should look into was the touch aspect of the screen was horrible so you should see what type of touch screen it uses in comparisons to the LG. The other problem was audio, it would at least once a day have a echo problem that would require restart.

Just some of my personal experience, Yeah the LG may be a little more expensive but would probably give you a better experience.
 
DMGrier, my friends have has some experiences... both have Ideos X5, and the other ones restarts daily, but the other ones is just normal without any problems.. don't know how to explain that.. but yes i know some have problems some not. but i'll go for the Huawei, talked today with some friends having LG, some Huawei, and both said they have good and bad things.. but since i won't be they buyer, but my mom will gift it to me for xmas, i'm cool with the G300 (and my mom is willing to buy the Huawei :P)

Go with LG. I had the Huawey G300. Worst smartphone ever. From poor quality materials to a let's call it ..bad mojo when using it. Reverted to my old HTC. Huawey might fight Cisco on some markets, that doesn't mean they are the new Samsung.

That is cool man just letting you know my experience.
 
it's good to know, still it's all up to the phone YOU get, some can have some faults, but some can work just perfect..
and the touch screens:
- Huawei: WVGA IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors
- LG: Capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors

I also use Huawei phone. I am very much satisfied using it. It’s little expensive, but it’s totally worth the price. Go for Huawei.
 
so my mother went to the phone-shop today (Gigantti), and there was only one left, so my mother reserved it, we'll go get it tomorrow.. since i had the right telephone subscription (DNA), we'll get it for 119e (original price was 199, then gigantti had sale so the price was lowered to 149e, and the with right tele-operator we'll get it for only 119e, so i'm pretty sure it'll be worth it ;)
 
So i have soon had my huawei ascend g300 for 1 week, im not disappointed at all, for 119e i gotta say its worth the money, android 4.0 isc works nicely, some small laggs sometimes but not often, still learning to use the new keyboard layout..
