Hello i have there an issue with my new pc that i have build with my brother.
It has in:
Amd phentom 2 x4 965 processor
ATI Radeon Asus Eah5670 1 gig graphic card.
Asus m4a89gtd pro/usb3 hybrid motherboard.
kingston 2 gb ram
and i run it on win xp sp 3.

And i cant figure out what the problem is. When i start a game (star-craft 2) up it goes well for a moment. but after playing it for a while i start to lag horrible.
I hope that some one can help me :S

Also what do you think of my built?

i would suggest do a pingtest http://pingtest.net and speedtest http://speedtest.net
the speed test is just for yourself, but the ping test is important, post back with results.
your build is fine, i would suggest getting a bit more RAM though and running windows 7 64bit.
the lag could also be caused by conflicting software, i.e. whats is your security software, allow the game in there. how "huge". also if you are using P2P software while playing it sometimes could ping up the online game.

I am sorry for misunderstanding, but i mean to say that i have physical 'lag' issues in singelplayer mode. It goes well for some time (like first hour of playing) and then its like i have a gigantic physical lag. Its like my video goes 1 frame per second.

Here are my test however i guess its not a issue.

Probably the 2GB of RAM is holding you back. the 5670 is an okay card, equal to a 9800GTX/GTS 250

can you go into bios and have a look at your temperatures, or can you see that all fans on your set up are working. it could be over heating.....
or install speedfan and see there.. anything within the specification of your GPU should be fine.
