I am planning on building a custom pc, but i am unsure if these parts will be compatible together..?
I have tried my best to work out if these components will all work correctly together but i would like someone to verify it for me. The following are the parts that i have chosen, cooler master CM-690 II Lite case, krypton Z68 590i motherboard, Intel Core i5 2500K processor, 8 GB kingston hyperX genesis ram, XFX ATI radeon HD 6850 and a XFX pro 550W core edition power supply. Would that power unit supply enough power? The hard drive and DVD drive i already have and know are compatible with case and motherboard.

Thanks.

All looks good, other than i would say get a different case, i just don't think it looks that good for how much you are spending.

But do you have an operating system? win7 is 100 bucks and if you're planning on using an old hdd that has it on it, that won't work, it's liscenced to the old motherboard and can't just be transfered.

I would get a 700w PSU for future upgrades and I would change the case. Everything else looks fine to me. :D
