But I need some help . I don’t think I’m totally clueless when it comes to computers , but I have an issue that I don’t know how to address. I have some files that were saved to a USB drive. They’ve been on there sense 2018 and this is the first time I’ve tried opening them. Just text files made on word or notepad.
mall the file names have been changed somehow to “UTC” followed by what looks like a date maybe .
When I tried opening it , it said something along the lines off I don’t have the correct application to open this file.
when I try opening In word or notepad it opens but it looks like what I can best describe as “code” . I’m sorry I can’t describe it any better , it that’s all I’ve got
