No it's not, that laptop is already on the market (i recognize the bottom half) it's jusst a pretty cool video edit.

I want to say that is either a Dell laptop or a Gateway laptop, I am leaning towards Dell.

The laptop is a powerbook g4 17". Probably fake but it would be really cool if such a display technology existed.

you never know, some nifty programming and asmall wide angle camera attatched to the back of the monitor and it soulc be real.... but yes, most probably a fake.
