I believe my PSU is making this noise

it is a fairly loud noise that sounds kind of like grinding, coming from the back of my computer where my PSU is located. I have a WMA but I'm not sure how to upload it, this is very worrisome. I have a corsair tx 650
 
If you can pinpoint thats its coming from a fan on the psu, then get it rma'd to corsair.
