Well, the last few weeks have been absolute hell. Amongst all the things wrong, I had to move and sell my 53" TV... For peanuts.. With the guy gloating about it afterwards. So I felt miserable.

Well, last night I learned that Future Shop had a special on a monitor with amazing specs for a really awesome price, so I took my TV money in there and bought it.

I think it just came out. I was going to buy the Samsung 22", but the LG offered a lot more for a lot less. No dead pixels, no stuck pixels, nothing but an amazing picture and TONS of desktop space. I also looked at the Viewsonic, and although it was nice, it didn't offer the same features for close to the price. I mean, check out the resolution, contrast ratio and response time on this thing. It's insane.. Plus it has DVI. I love it.

I'm in love. It is so much nicer than the other one I had. I guess I can live without my tv now. :)
 
That may arguably be the best monitor in its segment. Good choice. High quality TN panel which unlike the Dell I just bought has excellent tendencies in color reproduction in quality. Of course, this monitor is a bit more expensive, too.

Thanks man. Oh, I didn't even want to start, and I won't, but let's just say the TV was the absolute least of the issues. *sigh*. Oh well. Much better now. :)
