I built a computer it turned on before but now it wont

i removed the f_usb30 cable and the it turned on but now it wont turn on any more im not really sure what the problem is so if anybody has any advise just post under the thread please

Turn the power supply off at the back. Wait 10 seconds. Turn it back on, try again.

i tried it and it didnt work i think i might have burnt it out because the led fans dont flicker or move

Ok, remove the CMOS battery, and power cable. Hold down the power button for 30 secs and then replace everything and try again.
