I can not download

Every time I try to dowload some thing from my computer it imediatly does a restart and I don't know y!!

I have windows Xp profesional, service pack 1 (beacuse I gave my pc to a technition that made a format and he installed only the OS no service pack and other things).

If u need other information just post and I will tell u!
 
i had the same problem with the restart thing without warning just restarts, this could be a hardware problem the technician chats shit, was it doing this before and also does it restart when being put under preasure
 
What file, through Internet Explorer???

Also I recommend downloading Service Pack 3, it's free. Google Search it.
