I can't access a website.

For some odd reason www.paypal.com isn't resolving. I get Network Timeout as if it's being DoS'd or something.. It works for other people and I've tried switching from my ethernet connection to a wifi connection using a different ISP, I also tried clearing my DNS cache. What's the problem?

Hmm, odd. It works if I use a web proxy like www.vtunnel.com but I'd rather not use paypal through a proxy.



Ugh.. I'm about to get negative feedback on ebay if I don't pay this guy. I really need to get this figured out.
 
First off, contact the ebay seller and let them know you're having some issues with your paypal account. Most sellers are ok with a delayed payment as long as they know why and are kept up to date with good communication. Second download the free program Ccleaner and run that on your computer to get rid of all your cookies and temp. internet files. See if that does anything for you. Also try going to paypal.com rather than www.paypal.com sometimes dns issues won't translate one or the other properly.
