I Can't "Save Target As..."

I don't know if this belongs here... sorry if it doesn't.

I am having trouble saving targets as... When I right-click a link the option to save target as... is gray and when I click it nothing happens. I am not sure what is going on... it was working fine not too long ago.

NOTE: I just switched ISP's (NetZero to DirecWay). Could that have anything to do it?

there are some links that u can save target as, and some don't have, may be it is the problem with ur explorer/
or u may have a Download accelator that automatically download the link when u click on it?
